The Wisconsin EE (Educator Effectiveness) System is a learning-centered, continuous improvement system designed to improve the education of all students in the state of Wisconsin by supporting guided, individualized, self-determined professional growth and development of educators.

The DPI EE Team and the EP (Effectiveness Project) are dedicated to the implementation of a Wisconsin EE System that includes ensuring educators have access to quality data identifying individual areas of strength, as well as areas of needed improvement, and are supported in their ongoing professional growth.

CESA 8 offers support for these programs and training for new evaluators.
