Project SEARCH® is a transition program designed for individuals who want to acquire competitive, marketable work skills for community employment. During the program year, they will receive training and education from a special education instructor and professional skills trainers following the licensed model developed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Near the end of the program year, they will receive assistance obtaining a job that meets their needs, preferences, and skills, along with job training and support.
